Simple = brilliant

As I’ve matured I have begun to understand more and more the importance of keeping things simple. A quote I like to use (I actually think I made it up) is “simplicity can often times be the roadmap to the extraordinary”. In life, in design, in everything I truly believe that this is the case so I challenge you to keep things simple and find the true essence of life.

Admiring

When I was younger I used to admire everything. I was inquisitive and constantly appreciating everything that I saw around me. Then I got older and something happened. I still don’t know what but is stopped doing all of those “childlike” things. Now, especially this year, I have made it a point to appreciate everything and anything I see. I think due to my New Year’s resolution of taking more pictures and activity tapping into my artistic side I have had to pay attention to a lot more to find my inspiration. Or even find that perfect shot behind the camera lens.

I hope that this inspires you to not only look but to see all around you.

3D printed Accessories

I went to a talk this past week where a faculty member of my college presented his journey (justin Leblanc) as a deaf architect turned fashion designer. Here are some of his accessory designs that were 3d printed! Pretty awesome stuff, but what makes it even more amazing is the fact that inspire of Justin’s “handicap” he has become something inspire of it.
